We revitalized Linolux’s website via a comprehensive redesign. Our strategy focused on refining user journeys, clarifying product categories, and optimizing checkout flow with the Amasty one-step extension. Transitioning to the Hyva theme significantly boosted site speed. Extensive competitor analysis and user research drove these changes, underpinned by defined user personas and iterative user flow enhancements.
